So you have signed up to AMMcare. We will now help you get started to use AMMcare to identify your conveyor belt and find the information that you need to continue your production.
1. Identify your belt in AMMcare
There are a couple of ways to identify your belt
- Find your belt in the belt list. Your belt(s) might already be in AMMcare if you bought it with Ammeraal Beltech.
- Scan the QR code on the label on your conveyor. We can provide aluminum labels, as well as stainless steel labels. You can also assign existing QR codes to your belts directly in AMMcare.
If you cannot find your belt yet, you can request our survey teams to map your production lines. This will ensure you will have a complete overview of your belts, including dimensions, datasheets and certificates with you at all times.
2. Check the information
After you identified your belt you will want to find the information you are looking for. Your belt has different information organized in tabs.
- Specifications – This shows the belt material, length, width, production line and quantity
- Certificates – Here you will find certificates that are proof of the compliance with FDA, EC, ATEX and other leading industry requirements
- Datasheets – Download all technical attributes of your belt in one PDF. Hardness, thickness, weight, elongation and limitations can all be found on the datasheet
- Belt History – Log and see historic events like installations, malfunctions and (re)-orders
- Inspections – Ensure timely repairs and replacements by logging visual inspections of the belt
- Schematics – Upload and share technical drawings of the conveyor and conveyor belt for your internal and external maintenance engineers
3. Take action
After you have found the information you need, you can continue by taking the action necessary to get on with your production.
- Download the certificate and show it to an auditor. Having these documents available immediately makes the entire audit experience smoother
- Request a quote or directly order a belt. You save time by instantly communicating your needs to our customer service teams. You save money by decreasing the risk of re-ordering a belt with the wrong specifications.
- Share your findings with a colleague in email or even WhatsApp. Directly share the link to a specific belt on your mobile to make requests to your colleagues.
