Every user that is given access to AMMcare shares personal data with us, Ammega, the ‘processor’ of these data. Here you can find what data and information we store and how and why we use these data.

Purpose
We collect and process your personal data in AMMcare to be able to guarantee authentication for access to the app. In addition, we use your data to be able to help you when you have questions, issues or other interactions with us. Finally, we use data in how and when you use the AMMcare app to improve the AMMcare app.

Authentication

Passwords are not stored with AMMEGA directly. We use the Microsoft Azure B2C authentication service. This guarantees that passwords are hashed, identity data is encrypted at rest and transmitted only over TLS. In addition, short lived authentication tokens are used to ensure safety over your credentials used for AMMcare.

- information from the device (e.g. device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) used during their visit
Legal grounds
We collect and process your data based on the legal ground of a contractual obligation and consent. Ammega has a contractual obligation to give access to the AMMcare app to employees of contracted customers. In addition, we ask your personal consent for using tracking cookies to improve the AMMcare app and your experience in the app.
Who has access to the personal data
Only those people who need to have access to your data because of their function are granted access. These are mainly software developers.

How long do we keep the personal data stored
We keep the personal data for as long as a user is ‘active’ in AMMcare. A user is ‘deactivated’ within five business days after the customer has requested or confirmed that an AMMcare user will no longer need access to AMMcare to Ammega. Requests for ceasing AMMcare access for a user can be made to [email protected].
What are your right as an AMMcare user
Right of information
In this privacy statement we inform you about how we collect and use your data. If we need to provide more information we will inform you through the AMMcare application or via email.
Right of Rectification
You can ask us what data we process that belongs to you. We will provide you insights into what data we have processed that is yours. If you believe we have not processed these data correctly, you have the right to ask us to change or update these data.
Right of erasure
You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data from AMMcare.
Right of objection
You have the right to object us processing your personal data at any time.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to restrict us in processing your data. We will need to inform you before we lift the restriction.

How do we collect your data?
We collect your personal data for authentication by asking you or your manager/colleague for these data. For example, your email address is obtained as such. Secondly, data in how and when you use AMMcare is collected by tracking cookies.
Are you obligated to share your personal data with us?
You are only obligated to share some personal data with us if you wish to use the AMMcare application. If you do not wish us to collect or process any of your data, you will not be able to use AMMcare. You can use AMMcare without sharing data in how and when you use the application. If you do not consent to us processing your data through tracking cookies you can change this in the AMMcare app. In addition, you are asked to consent to this the first time you use AMMcare. Finally, you can always send us an email at [email protected] to request us to restrict us in processing data on how and when you use AMMcare.
